We’re looking for an Office Manager to oversee our vibrant Customer Engagement Hub in our brand-new Toowoomba office Reporting directly to the Executive General Manager of Organisational Effectiveness and Communication, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our office running smoothly, ensuring a positive experience for our customers, visitors, and team members alike.

**What You’ll Do**:
**Customer Engagement Hub Management**: Oversee customer overflow calls from branches and lead a small team in the Customer Hub.

**Travel Coordination**:Manage domestic and international travel bookings, with a focus on policy and process improvements.

**Front Desk Operations**: Ensure the front desk is running smoothly and all visitors feel welcomed, although you won’t be stationed at the desk.

**Meeting Room Management**: Prepare meeting rooms, coordinate catering, and work with other team members to ensure meetings are set up efficiently.

**Support**:Collaborate closely with our Executive Assistant and assist with branch support, connecting teams to ensure effective communication.

**What You’ll Bring**:
**Experience in Office Management or Administration**: You’re skilled in handling daily office operations and can adapt to a fast-paced environment.

**Strong Communication Skills**: You can engage with everyone from farmers to the CEO, adjusting your communication style to fit the audience.

**Project and Event Coordination Skills**: Experience managing events or similar projects is a plus.

**Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly pick up new software.
