**The Position**
**St John of God Hawkesbury District Health Services **is a teaching hospital in Windsor NSW providing acute community and allied health services for the local community and surrounding districts.
An opportunity is available for an experienced** Clinical Educator** to join our team in the Learning and Development Department.
The** Educator (Clinical)** is a member of the divisional Learning and Development team, responsible for the delivery, assessment and evaluation of Learning and Development programs regarding activities that reflect best practice standards to achieve excellence in service.
Applicants with recent experience as an Educator who either have or are working towards a **CERT IV** Training are encouraged to apply.

This is a permanent full time position of 38 hours per week.

- Currently registered as a Health Practitioner with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Well-developed interpersonal, communication and mentoring/coaching skills with the ability to engage with a diverse workforce.
- Effective conflict resolution, negotiation and problem solving skills.
- Well-developed time management and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of quality improvement and relevant Accreditation and licensing processes and associated links to learning and development programs that promote quality service delivery and safety.
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems, blended learning strategies and a range of computer packages.
