- The Executive Education division of the School, with operations across Australia and the Asia-Pacific region, provides customised client learning solutions for organisations and short courses for individual and group enrolment. Executive Education comprises five functions: Business Development, Consulting and Product, Resourcing and Relationships, Client and Learner Experience, and Asia Operations which operate in concert to design and deliver outstanding and impactful learning experiences with the learner at the heart. The division has significant growth ambitions underpinned by a unique combination of preeminent market positioning, long-standing experience, and a significant investment in capability.
**The Opportunity**
- An opportunity now exists to join the MBS Executive Education division within the Business Development team as Sales Coordinator. The role will support business development and sales activity relating to new and existing business, with a focus on bringing cross-functional teams together to deliver high-quality approaches to market. This will involve operating across and bringing together multiple teams and working on a diverse range of outgoing and incoming opportunities, contributing to the overall design and development of new business approach and materials.
In addition to the above, an important focus for this role is data processing and reporting, utilising internal systems to draw out the most important data points and insights relating to business activity. These insights will be used for internal reporting and to help drive and inform business decisions.

**Some key accountabilities will also include**:
- Drive open and collaborative communication across individuals working on new business projects
- Lead the construction of relevant materials to support business development activity and assistance with the customisation of new business collateral
- Assist with bringing together cross-functional teams to achieve positive outcomes for new business engagements
- Lead the design and refinement of relevant and necessary market response documentation
- With assistance, lead the formation and distribution of regular internal reporting relating to new business activity and pipelines
**About you**
A strong communicator with a high level of attention to detail, you will have a background in the L&D and/or Australian education sector, with a keen understanding of the business development environment. Strong expertise is required in handling and processing data, as well as desktop publishing.
