The role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed individual to contribute to the efficient management of development projects and support the development team in Vic /ACT across a range of general and administrative functions.

Accountabilities include:
- Implement and maintain proper documentation, systems, and processes to deliver greater efficiency and effectiveness of site administration processes and service for stakeholders, ensuring activities comply with legislative and statutory regulations.- Assist the development team with general and administrative duties as required.- Prepare and collate required purchase orders and accounts payable ensuring necessary sign offs under delegated authority and payments on time targets are achieved.- Coordinate and contribute to the preparation of works contracts and PSAs, ensuring all necessary documentation is distributed and processed, all amendments are accurately recorded, and appropriate approval and sign off is provided to support efficient development management activities.- Contribute to the preparation of internal development reporting.- Collect, compile, and prepare accurate reports, receipts and acknowledgement of deliverables, materials, and supplies.- Undertake a range of administrative and coordination activities to support efficient development operations, contributing to the management of project sites.- Undertake accurate cashflow and budget forecasting as directed.- Under limited supervision, liaise with external suppliers to manage the efficient provision of project works as directed and within defined parameters.- Assistance with the preparation of necessary internal approvals and funding requests.- Administration of compliance documentation- Supplier setup and maintenance

Your Background- Have experience in contract administration, financial administration, or project administration.- Comprehensive experience in a similar role, financial or project administration role, and knowledge of the property and construction industry.- Good written and verbal communication skills and technical skills to support delivery of communication across all levels of the organisation, internally and externally.- Be able to implement and maintain proper documentation, systems, and processes to deliver greater efficiency and effectiveness of administration processes and service for stakeholders.-
- Flexibility and resilience in working across projects and development team.
