Customer Relations Specialist

We are currently seeking a Customer Relations Specialist to join our Customer Relations team in this exciting role which will provide you the autonomy to manage your own projects, customers, and stakeholders on the ground.
**About the role**
Delivering outstanding service, you will be the customer advocate and an ambassador for Stockland whilst at the same time enhancing Stockland’s competitive position and brand. This is a permanent full-time position based in Melbourne, offering flexible working between home/office.
**Key responsibilities will include**:
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and other stakeholders in a way that delivers exceptional service
- Constantly improve Stockland’s ability to identify customer trends, predict customer needs and proactively address barriers to successful partnerships with stakeholders
- Manage customer and stakeholder feedback cycle (from deposit, after sales, after settlement, after completion) to determine the level of satisfaction and enhance our service delivery
- Manage construction and community milestone updates
- Schedule, coordinate and attend customer inspections
- Coordinate and manage events such as walk your lot events and customer information sessions
- Maintain and update CRM systems and processes to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities
**About you**
- Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
- Preferably experience within real estate, construction/residential building, or development industry
- A customer focus is what drives you - you truly understand delivering outstanding service
- Experience collaborating with key stakeholders to resolve business and customer issues
- Experience working with complex and sensitive information with an eye for detail
- Driver’s licence is essential
