About the role?
 We are looking for a dedicated Client Relations Specialist who will provide exceptional service to members through various channels, including phone, email and online webchat. This role combines client relations and sales, focusing on responding to inquiries, processing requests, and promoting products and services to deliver an enhanced experience for members.

About you?

  • 12 months experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in banking or financial services
  • Genuine passion for client relations and building rapport
  • Tech savvy with the ability to learn new systems quickly
  • Ability to learn and retain detailed product information, previous banking experience is beneficial
  • Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills
