We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relations Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. This permanent full-time position offers flexibility with the ability to work from home or office.

As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will be the customer advocate and ambassador for Stockland, delivering outstanding service while enhancing our competitive position and brand.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and stakeholders to deliver exceptional service
  • Improve our ability to identify customer trends, predict customer needs, and proactively address barriers to successful partnerships
  • Manage customer feedback cycle to determine satisfaction levels and enhance service delivery
  • Coordinate construction and community milestone updates
  • Schedule and coordinate customer inspections
  • Manage events such as walk your lot events and customer information sessions
  • Maintain and update CRM systems to enhance customer experience and maximise sales opportunities

About You:

  • Demonstrated experience in building and maintaining customer relationships
  • Experience within real estate, construction/residential building, or development industry is preferred
  • A customer focus drives your work – you understand delivering outstanding service
  • Experience collaborating with stakeholders to resolve business and customer issues
  • Ability to work with complex and sensitive information with attention to detail
  • A valid driver's license is essential

Estimated Salary: AU$70,000 - AU$90,000 per annum, depending on experience.
