**What this opportunity involves**:
As the Workplace Manager, you’ll be responsible for maintaining the tight-knit community within Australia Post’s corporate sites. By facilitating togetherness, you’ll make operating in Australia Post spaces simple and easy, linking people and solutions. Forming part of the JLL workplace team, you’ll be contributing to this environment in a receptive, fun and approachable way.

You’ll also get to experience Australia Post’s exciting corporate relocation from 111 Bourke St to Swan Street, Burnley in the 2024 move Be amongst the first to experience this incredible asset

**An Overview of the role**:
Proactively develop and manage client relationships, ensuring service delivery expectations are exceeded.

Ensure stakeholder relationships are maintained across all levels of the Australia Post enterprise

Vendor management of 3rd party mail and couriers

Develop and implement workplace strategies, policies and procedures

Maintain detailed and up-to-date security, warden, medical, contact lists

Support FM team in the carpark management plan

Events management to support wider workplace and guest service team in hosting corporate functions

Assist in property expenditure budgets, forecasting and reporting

Assess contracts and vendors for performance and continually seek best practice and value

**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Experienced in Property Workplace Management or client service industry experience

Events management experience is highly desirable

Excellent client service and communication

Prioritisation of competing issues

Goal orientated and strives to meet performance targets

Strong team player
