What this opportunity involves:
As the Workplace Manager, you'll provide oversight and continuous improvement of our integrated facilities and business support services to our valued client, Australia's largest independent law firm.
Seek best practice through our multi-function service delivery and manage the overall service outcomes, ensuring KPI's and SLA's are met throughout the term of our contract.
An Overview of the role:
Lead the on-site workplace team and develop a high-quality, well trained and motivated team
Manage third party services to ensure that delivery is within budget and delivering best value to the client
Ensure contracts are continually assessed to deliver best value
Coordinate the procurement of vendors for specialised services
Integrate JLL processes and systems to client stakeholders
Manage and maintain the site and client assets to a high standard, ensuring exceptional presentation, safety and compliance
Provision of safety programs and ensuring legislative compliance to site safety
Supervise contractors if work is required in critical or sensitive areas
Oversee space allocation as per occupancy plans
Manage the daily reconfiguration and installation of offices and workstations
Operate a support hub for tracking and managing service requests

Experience facilities, property or hospitality professional
Proven, effective team leadership with training and mentoring capability
Experience in records and vendor management
Budget management and financial analysis skills
Proactive and professional approach to customer service and stakeholder engagement
Prioritisation and organisational skills
Excellent planning and initiative, continually seeking best value for clients
