As part of our team charter, we prioritise supporting the CEO in executing our strategy and delivering exceptional support to our stakeholders. As a Business Support professional, you will play a key role in providing organised, adaptive, and responsive administrative support services to the CEO's office.

At our company, we believe in a close-knit team that is passionate, energised, and willing to go the extra mile for each other and our customers. As a full-time employee covering parental leave for a period of around 12 months, you will work in a hybrid, flexible way to support the CEO's office.

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to;
- Effectively managing and accurately delivering the CEO's materials including meeting papers, electronic day packs, paper-based packs, and travel materials
- You will work closely with the CEO's Executive Assistant and other office EAs to provide necessary administrative assistance, including personal administrative support
- Diary and schedule coordination
- Functional backup for your team
- Travel bookings
- Event/meeting coordination
- Track and manage the CEO's expenses, including international currency oversight, gifts, prizes, and hospitality cost declaration
- Invoice management.
- Additionally, you will provide first-line administrative support to the CEO's office and key stakeholders, including CEO Office mail management and allocation (hard/digital), correspondence and customer complaint/commendation processing, monitoring LinkedIn, electronic calendar coordination, facilities management, intranet ownership, and Key Service Milestones for staff are acknowledged by the CEO._

To be successful in this role, you will need to;
- Demonstrate sound administrative experience within a corporate environment.
- Be a self-motivated, values-driven, and team-oriented individual with exceptional organisational and communication skills.
- Have excellent relationship management skills and the ability to act autonomously and make confident decisions
- Have a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office apps and tools, including Teams, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint
