We are looking for a highly organised and capable individual with excellent Project Management and Business Management skills who is a highly effective stakeholder relationship manager to join the team in the Office of the Chief Executive at the Health Education and Training Institute (HETI). **Where you'll be working**

The role is based in Sydney at 1 Reserve Road, St Leonards in a modern, purpose-built, 5 star rated green campus that is well serviced by public transport and access to public parking. The building offers activity-based working conditions with agile and flexible workspaces and the latest in technology, modern end-of-trip facilities, and secure bicycle storage. There is an onsite cafe, and a 100-space childcare centre.

**What you'll be doing**

Working closely with the HETI Chief Executive and Portfolio Directors you will provide an interface between the Office of the Chief Executive and the Organisation to ensure the seamlessly delivery of projects and ensure the optimal operation of the Office of the Chief Executive and the Organisation. The position provides high level executive, secretariat, and project management support services assisting the CE in managing stakeholder relations, coordinating, reporting and preparing strategic advice, coordinating and delivering on a range of programs, projects, events and initiatives that will help achieve the strategic and operational objectives of the Chief Executive Office and HETI.
