We are seeking experienced Telecommunications technicians in wireless(4G/5G) industry on a permanent full-time basis.

**Responsibilities**
- Install and upgrade wireless network equipment & setup new telecommunications services.
- Installation and integration of BTS and Transmission Equipment
- Experienced in Microwave technologies
- Installing and commissioning of DC Rectifiers, Batteries, DC Power Distribution and Alarm Wiring.
- Perform troubleshooting, fault finding and repairing communication networks.
- Perform Feeder Sweep, PIM Tests and DTF
- Study and interpret technical drawings and provide necessary advice on the design to Customers.
- Ensure OH&S compliance

**Skills and experience**
- At least 5 years of experience. Must have strong RF Experience, PIM testing, Sweep testing and Fibre Splicing
- Experienced in Microwave technologies is preferred
- Ability to read designs and drawings
- Strong Quality and OH&S experience
- Positive thinking and teamwork spirit. Flexible to support other team members to achieve their goals
- Flexibility to work outside usual business hours including weekends and nights where necessary, to ensure client expectations are met.
- A proactive approach, always looking for better and more innovative ways to complete installation works
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel & Outlook
- Good communication skills
- Willing and able to work away from home from time to time
- Ability to work from an EWP (Elevated Work Platform)
- Ability to read and follow Standards, Guidelines and Method of Procedures (MOP)

**Required qualification**
- NSW Construction card (White Card)
- RF/EME awareness (RadHaz)
- Valid Driver’s Licence (able to dive manual vehicles and tow trailers)
- First Aid with CPR
- Tower Rescue
- Telstra, Optus, TPG and NBN Induction
- Work At Heights (WAH ) certificate
- Telecommunication Engineering background

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
