**You are**:
A Project Officer / Administrator / Coordinator with experience preparing meetings & workshops, maintaining project tools and providing administrative support.

With an excellent attitude and the ability to foresee & prevent issues, you are always one step ahead.

Ideally you have experience with Ariba PO's and SAP ECC Financials and exposure top the Google suite would be advantageous.

**The Role**:
As a Project Coordinator you'll support Project Managers and Product Owners across a range of technology projects assisting with finance management, schedules and project admin.

This role requires two days per week in their Norwest offices and they are happy to upskill the right person up for this position.

**Skills / Experience / Responsibilities**:

- Experience as a Project Coordinator, Administrator or Officer
- Understanding of project tools
- Experience with Ariba PO's and SAP ECC Financials ideal
- Update project schedules
- Prepare communications
- Facilitate workshops
- Excellent attitude and willingness to learn
