Our client is a leading tier 3 business in Melbourne's Eastern Suburbs and they are looking for an experienced Bid Coordinator to join their team on a part-time basis and primarily look after Submissions.

Do you have experience within a similar role within Construction?

You must have proven experience in a similar role to be successful in securing an interview for this position.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Coordinate tender production, submissions and industry awards
- Maintain currency of the following documentation for EOI and Tenders
- Certificates, Compliance Letters, Licenses
- Management of the Tender library
- Program and lodge tender advertisements
- Produce internal communication material including information on project wins
- Assist with marketing presentations
- General upgrading of marketing material

You must have excellent Microsoft office skills including Word and Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in Photoshop or InDesign would be an advantage. Strong communication and organisational skills are a must and you must show initiative and the ability to offer suggestions where appropriate.
