About the Company
A global law firm is seeking a Legal Project Coordinator/Administrator to support our Legal Project Managers. This position will play a critical role in the successful delivery of legal projects across our organisation.
About the Role
Assist Legal Project Managers in planning and executing legal projects, including tracking progress, identifying and managing risks, and ensuring timely delivery of project outcomes;
Conduct research, analyse data, and prepare reports to support project decision-making;
Maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and project-related correspondence;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project delivery, including managing stakeholder communication, scheduling meetings, and coordinating project-related activities; and
Provide administrative support to the Legal Project Managers, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling other administrative tasks as required.
Skills & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field;
Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a large complex organisation, ideally in a law firm or professional services firm;
Strong attention to detail and ability to analyse data;
Excellent organizational and communication skills;
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment; and
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and project management software.
