,**About the business**:
We are a manufacturer, importer/exporter, wholesaler and retailer of Australian Sheepskin and Kangaroo leather products located in Vermont.

We are looking for an **experienced** self-motivated Bookkeeper to join our small friendly team at our Nunawading office/warehouse.

We are looking for someone who can work 4 to 5 days either as a Part-time or Full time role.

**Skills and experience**

Role responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Bank Reconciliations using Xero from wholesale/retail/online sales channels
- Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Preparing Tax Compliances such as BAS and working with our external Accountants.
- Managing of business Cashflow
- Experience in preparing and filing shipping documents related to import/export and various Trade Finance products.
- Filing and Organising of documents both digitally and physically.
- Answering of office phone
- General administrative and other Ad hoc duties as required

**To be considered for this role, you will possess the following competencies and attributes**:

- Proven experienced in a similar role for a **minimum of 5 years**:

- Must have experience using Xero Accounting software
- Experience in using **Shopify e-commerce platform a**nd/or a Warehouse Management System would be ideal but not compulsory. **Our current WMS is called DEAR Inventory/Cin7.**:

- Immediate to Advanced computer skills in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Exceptional written and verbal communications in English
- Strong attention to detail, organised and have the ability the work within a small team environment
- Reliable and strong work ethic, with good time management skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
