**The role**:As our new HR Administrator, you'll play a critical role in supporting our HR team by providing accurate and timely HR administration support. From maintaining employee databases to coordinating training activities, your work will be vital to ensuring the smooth operation of our HR processes. Your responsibilities will include:

- Maintenance of employee databases and systems, including changes to employee details, conditions, or compliances
- Responsible for employee on boarding including guiding employees through induction processes, ordering uniforms, and set up of the required IT.
- Assist with the coordination of employee training activities including the organisation of venues, catering & accommodation where required.
- Supporting the recruitment lead with booking medicals, gathering compliance documents, and generating employee contracts.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have previous experience in Human Resources or Business Administration, ideally within the Construction and Mining Industry. You should also be self-motivated, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks, and have intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Work & Outlook.
