Recruitment Administrator based in our Belmont office.

The Position:

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will form part of a strong, experienced, and supportive International Recruitment team.

This position is a great opportunity for the right person to work closely with the Business Development Manager and assist with the international recruitment process.


Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Provide administration assistance across all entities including recruitment, business development, international agent relationship management
  • Maintaining personnel records and recruitment database
  • Resume screening, compilation and conversion to suitable formats
  • Supporting the recruitment process including scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks, collecting and compiling employment documents
  • Take meeting minutes and interview notes
  • Create, follow and review a weekly action plan
  • Provide timely feedback to the overseas recruitment agents
  • Keep a record of all the resumes sent to the clients
  • Liaise with relevant parties to assist with the document management process throughout the immigration and visa processing stage
  • Prepare promotional materials as per the company standards. i.e., social media marketing, website management, handbooks, brochures, flyers etc

Requirements:

  • Tertiary HR qualification (current or completed)
  • Previous experience within a similar HR support role is desirable but not essential
  • Must be an outgoing and friendly person
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Cultural sensitivity
  • Passion to help others
  • Must have intermediate to advance level knowledge on Excel or cloudbased spreadsheet
  • Must be passionate about creating a career in HR/ International Recruitment
  • Good typing skill (ability to type 6070 words per minute)
  • Attention to detail. Sharp eye to pick up error
  • Positive and selfmotivated personality
  • High level organisational skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
  • A good sense of humour
  • Must be currently living in Australia and have unrestricted work rights.
