Receptionist/residential Sales Administrator

An exciting career opportunity is now available for a full time _(Monday to Friday)_ Receptionist/Administration Whiz to work in this progressive and well-established Real Estate Agency located in Frankston. We are looking for someone who has attention to detail.
You will work alongside an exceptional team. Your day to day duties will include but will not be limited to;
- Reception duties which include answering phones and greeting clients when they come into our office
- Maintenance of our extensive Database
- Preparing property proposals, co-ordinating listing and sales files including managing the marketing of our residential sales listings
- Administrative support as required by the Office Manager and Director
- General office duties as instructed
**Key Requirements;**
- Real Estate Industry Experience preferred
- Agent's Representative Certificate highly regarded
- Agentbox experience preferred or similar customer relationship management software
- Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
- Excellent attention to detail
- Able to multi-task and work independently
**About You**
- Well presented
- Genuine interest in the real estate industry
- Eager to learn and progress within the industry
- Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
