Office Administrator/receptionist

Fast Lane Performance and Automotive P/L is a busy Automotive workshop in Cranbourne

We are looking for a mature person to join our team.

The role is part time 2 days a week Tuesday 10am - 5:00 pm and Thursday 10am - 5:00 pm

The role involves all office duties and some driving using company vehicle to pick up parts.

Office duties include but are not limited to:

- Proficient data entry with speed and accuracy.
- Creating and entering invoices
- Serving Customers/ Receiving payments with data entry
- Ordering and Paying for purchases
- Answering phone's
- Manage and schedule customer service bookings

Be willing to learn and be capable of working in a fast paced environment.

Be Positive and friendly to staff and customers

Training will be given and the position is available January 10th 2023

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

**Experience**:

- MYOB: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driver Licence (required)
