**What this job involves**:
We’ve got an exciting opportunity for a Lease Administrator to join our Property & Asset Management team. You will work on a diverse portfolio that includes commercial, retail, industrial, residential and community leasing.

**A snapshot of the role**:
Check rent review process (fixed and CPI) has been successfully completed each month
Lease abstractions of new lease set ups and any lease modifications
First point of escalation for Property Managers regarding lease admin queries
Monthly reviews to ensure correct data is captured in property management software
Ad hoc administration tasks

**Sound like you? This is what we’re looking for**:
To be successful, you’ll be a confident self-starter who possesses excellent communication skills, and a track record of successfully delivering best practice and quality to the business
University graduate (Property/Real Estate background) with at least 1 year of relevant work experience
Working knowledge of commercial property and lease/licence processes
Previous experience with the use of lease management systems
Intermediate skills in MS Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
