**ABOUT THE JOB**
- Manage day to day operational processes for Boutiques inc. banking, compliance, stock replenishment and inventory management
- Manage inventory cycle counts and assist with stock takes
- Assist with compliance and audit reporting
- Support point-of-sale systems. Troubleshoot and escalate incidents working with external support teams.
- Preform data validation and reconciliation between systems. Identify errors, working with internal and external departments to resolve
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders on Retail IT and Operations projects
- Preform UAT for system upgrades and enhancements. Champion change management and run training sessions
- Create and update training, procedure, and process documentation
- Collaborate with internal departments and field teams to deliver retail best practice; ensure processes are compliant and policies, procedures and guidelines are adhered to
- Manage Beauty Advisor ordering process

**ABOUT YOU**
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to multitask
- Highly motivated, able to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, ability to think proactively and look for solutions
- Confident using and learning new systems. Previous experience in point-of-sale support or UAT desirable
- Good knowledge of Excel; or basic level interest to grow and develop skills in this area
- Experience creating training/process documentation
- Experience with stock management, compliance control (banking, reporting etc) and operational processes
- Strong customer service background, with great communications skills and confidence communicating with internal and external stakeholders
