The Concierge Manager sits within the Regional Coordination and Operations team within in Emergency Recovery Victoria (ERV). Reporting to the Project Manager Clean Up Program, this position requires a quality people manager and problem solver. Leading an Emergency Recovery Victoria Contact Centre, you will also have experience managing sensitive data and delivering quality front line outcomes in a constantly evolving environment. You will have a demonstrated commitment to getting the most out of people while managing a range of systems and datasets.

Working with members of the community who are experiencing the outcomes of a disaster, you will assist with managing sensitive conversations regularly with members of the community who have been affected by a natural disaster. You enjoy making a difference and working for the community and ensure the highest standards of performance and integrity are achieved in a sensitive public facing role.

**About Emergency Recovery Victoria**

Emergency Recovery Victoria (ERV) is Victoria's dedicated agency responsible for coordinating emergency recovery across the state. ERV helps communities build back better - and emerge stronger - after emergencies.

Other documentation outside the above will not be accepted as evidence of having received your COVID-19 vaccine doses.
