Core role will be offering concierge services; including meeting & greeting guests, complaint handling and delegation to Building Management operational staff, processing of Australia Post packages and contractor management. Administration duties including, residential database and function bookings using the onsite BMS (Building Management Software) You will the first point of contact when a resident walks in Liaising & dealing with residents, real estate agents and contractors Assist the Operations team in ensuring the high management of the building and its residents. About us: Local Facilities Management Company Immediate start available On-going role at a high-calibre residential site Monday to Friday daytime hours Work-life balance Future employment growth within the company. About you: Experience in a residential apartment environment including building management or concierge services is advantageous Administration experience with attention to detail is a must Microsoft Office skills and IT savvy Professional corporate presentation & demeanour Hospitality or Concierge experience Exceptional organisational skills and phone mannerisms High level of communication and English speaking and writing skills Police Check or willing to obtain one

**Salary**: $28.00 - $31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Morning shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Melbourne, VIC: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- CERTIFICATE IN SECURITY OPERATIONS (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
