**About the Role**

Joining the team you will be working alongside a very supportive and experienced team who are now extending their team and eager to develop the skills of a dynamic EA/Sales Associate who will be mentored and trained.

**Duties including**:

- Appraisals
- Opening homes
- Market research
- List & Sell properties
- Reporting and analysis
- Negotiate Sales transactions
- Joining the director's personal team
- Creating property marketing materials
- Conducting comparative market studies
- Compiling property data such as surveys and summary reports

**Skills and experience**
- Current NSW Driver License
- Results-driven, strong work ethic
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Preferred 6-12 months experience
- Must be highly driven, motivated and fearless
- Initiative, enthusiasm and a positive, can-do attitude
- Previous experience as a EA/Sales Associate
