**YOUR ROLE**
This is an exciting time to want to join and become part of IAG’s Direct Insurance Division (DIA), we’re transforming our Customer Experience team to assist with their goal in making IAG a more digitally mature company within in the market.

You’ll lead the digital analytics and experimentation capability, lead a team of digital specialists to create value through the analysis and deep understanding of digital performance, customer journeys and pain points, providing actionable insights. Create and execute digital performance, analytics and optimisation strategies.

You’ll need to enable the squads to make digital data driven decisions and establish standard metrics for monitoring and performance management.

This is a
**permanent **opportunity, open to all major cities within Australia.

**ABOUT YOU**
- You possess a degree-level qualifications, with preference for degrees in applied statistics, Data Science or a related analytical field.- Extensive leadership experience in digital analytics data and optimisation strategies and implementations.- Extensive experience leading teams and managing complex stakeholder groups.
- Extensive years of experience working with a data and Tag Management software (e.g. Adobe DTM, Adobe Launch, Google Tag Manager) and data layers
- You have an In-depth understanding of Digital Analytics platforms, including experience with Digital Experimentation Tools, or a knowledge of testing platforms with a desire and ability to learn.
- Experience in using and managing digital analytics across multiple digital platforms and channels, including but not limited to, websites (public and secure)
- Previous experience in turning raw data into actionable, value-adding insights and recommendations, with a proven track record of success.
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to overlay commercial acumen to developed insights and recommendations.
