**About the Role**
The key objective of this cross-functional role will be to manage all aspects of the channel and customer business planning/forecasting, responsible for developing Retailer and Channel Specific business planning processes and supporting the customer and field teams to ensure execution within agreed KPI’s.
- Manage overall program set up and business operation flow
- Oversee the setup, development and deployment of reporting output in line with business requirement'
- Manage and implement complex projects from an operational point of view in conjunction with channel and client requirements
- Excellent time management and organisation skills and ability to manage conflicting priorities
- Understanding of the FMCG industry and Independent Grocery space is preferred
- Excellent written, communication and presentation skills
- Enthusiastic and energetic team player who proactively shares knowledge and experience
