Job Description Summary
Service Stream’s Energy and Water division are currently seeking a Work Scheduler to join our Advanced Metering team.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Scheduling Manager you will be responsible for contributing to the profitability and growth of Service Stream by performing allocation and administrative duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate and manage all aspects of workforce scheduling, planning and allocation using Excel and other relevant systems for project work as proposed by client
- Scheduling of project work as per available capacity, industry regulations and client’s targets
- Create a reporting system for project work
- Plan, organize and schedule LAHA runs with technicians to meet project targets
- Perform administrational tasks
- Working efficiently with Service Stream and client systems and databases
- Ensure all work performed is in accordance with contractual quality and safety requirements to company standards and to the satisfaction of the customer
- Undertake and complete any other duties as requested by Team Leader / Manager
- Strong focus on servicing the client’s expectations
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 12 months scheduling experience is essential
- Competencies in MS Office suite: Word, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent organisational and administration skills
- High level attention to detail
- Must be able to work independently
