**The opportunity**
The Delivery and Information team ensures the sustained health and maintenance of UniSuper’s core systems and platforms - to provide high availability, stability and performance. We remain committed to partner with business units to provide business driven scale and simplification, guidance and delivery of the Enterprise Portfolio and technologies required to enable business capabilities and support the execution of UniSuper’s Strategy.
- The Project Scheduler’s role is accountable for ensuring teams have established Project Schedule development and maintenance to deliver successful project outcomes
- The Project Scheduling Team use the UniSuper Schedule Management Framework which includes standards, guidelines, rules for consistent Schedule Management under the Portfolio
**About you**
We are looking for an individual who has worked in fast moving transformation environment and is comfortable working with a degree of ambiguity.
- Experience in project scheduling.
- Expert in Microsoft Project including usage of filters and reporting.
- Relevant qualifications in project scheduling would be highly regarded.
- Ability to lead innovative change in project scheduling that delivers outcomes and value to stakeholders.
- Strong technical leadership in project scheduling and experience and sound knowledge of the scheduling framework.
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate to achieve beneficial outcomes in the project community.
- Pragmatic and logical in approach and decision making.
