**Intrax Consulting Engineers** are an Australian owned, mid-sized engineering company that provide an end-to-end service to our clients across a range of services including Structural, Civil, Residential, Building Services, Forensic, Surveying and Geotechnical Engineering.

We have a **unique opportunity** for someone who is keen to share our **vision** with a knowledge and skill set that will help us **drive efficiency** and best practices **scheduling our national field teams.**

**You will be responsible for, but not limited to**:

- Lead and manage the development, implementation, and maintenance of effective planning and scheduling management system/s and activities to improve efficiencies operations.
- Oversee and coordinate resource support to meet the forecast and planned work programs to meet Service Level Agreements
- Plan and schedule according to the highest priority work orders with internal team to ensure they are effectively managed, and relevant records and systems are maintained to meet effective service delivery and compliance obligations.
- Consult with key internal stakeholders, to plan and coordinate activities across to ensure services are performed as planned.
- Monitor requirements across the regions, report on scheduling status and/or impacts and provide recommendation for continuous improvement.

**We are looking for someone who has the following**:

- Demonstrable experience with planning and scheduling to ensure optimum servicing requirements of the fleet to maintain operability.
- Experience with using Next Service (FSM software) and/or project scheduling software to manage planning and scheduling activities.
