As the Activation Manager, you will manage the execution of the day-to-day campaign implementations and optimisations across paid search, social and programmatic. You will also act as a key support for leading Tier 1 agency clients.
This role will work across a tier one financial services/banking client in our Melbourne office and will have a large focus on SEM campaigns with exposure across paid social and programmatic.
**Your Responsibilities**:

- Manage day to day campaign implementations and optimisations across paid search, social and programmatic.
- Work with clients on campaign briefs, building responses and channel strategies that are relevant with the support of the Activation Account Director.
- Oversee the setup of campaigns and trading in all platforms, completing data and trend analysis to improve overall performance and ensure delivery against client KPIs.
- Manage and lead a team of high performing Executives and Assistants, mentoring them and helping them to grow.
- Own and maintain strong client, partner and internal agency relationships

**Your Expertise**:

- 2-3 years experience in a similar position across digital activation or biddable.
- Strong SEM experience is a must.
- Experience on relevant tools such as DV360, Google Ads, Google, Sizmek, Youtube Ads etc.
- Experience managing a small team and mentoring junior members of staff
- Proven ability to deliver analysis and insights in a fast paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
