**About the role**

The position is on a full-time basis to assist us in managing our office and certification services. The position requires numerous administrative tasks such as assisting in customer service, recieveing calls, planning audits, booking flights and accommodation for auditors, and other tasks.
- Answering and directing phone calls to relevant staff
- Manage customer calls and enquiries and actions efficiently
- Following up with auditors and clients
- Being a point of contact for staff and external stakeholders
- Finding ways to improve administrative processes
- Assist in the day-to-day duties of Administration
- Any other duties as requested by management
- Previous experience in Administration (minimum 2 years)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills of the highest standard
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- High attention to details
- Ability to prioritise and multi-task working with a busy schedule
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff
- Strong Computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $60,000.00 per year
