Office Administrator

Carers NSW is the peak organisation for carers in NSW. We are a not-for-profit organisation connecting and empowering carers across NSW and improving their quality of life through activities, programs, training and policy advice. We advocate for carers of all ages and circumstances.
Reporting to the Manager Executive Support, the primary responsibility of the Administration Officer is to provide a professional administrator service for Carers NSW in the Head office based in North Sydney. You will be a strong communicator that can efficiently direct calls and maintain administration duties that will support business activities.
**Essential Qualities**
- Demonstrated administrative experience, with Cert III in business administration or equivalent.
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Outlook. Use of a CRM would be advantageous.
- Experience in meeting minute taking.
- Professional approach and attitude, with a strong commitment to team work.
- Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and delivery of quality work.
This is a contract role to June 2026, based on funding.

Salary and Benefits
The Salary is between $72 - $77K + super. Additional benefits include salary sacrificing benefits, a highly supportive team environment, excellent training and development opportunities and health and wellness programs.
