**The Opportunity**

It’s an exciting time at Medibank as we continue to work to create Better Health for Better Lives by providing the best health and wellbeing experience for people across Australia.

We have a suite of amazing Health and Wellbeing programs, and you can check out some of our offerings here.

To help us drive engagement and enrolments into these programs, we have created a brand new Marketing Specialist role for an experienced and passionate person to join us on a fixed term 12 month contract.

Day to day, this role would see you:

- Developing marketing plans that translate business problems into technical outcomes
- Developing and executing multi-channel campaigns against agreed objectives and delivering to key metrics
- Using data insights and analysis to develop new campaign ideas and initiatives with a test and learn approach
- Contributing to and supporting the delivery of key programs of work that come out of the Health & Wellbeing Crew
- Ensuring appropriate reporting and analytics are in place to measure marketing effectiveness and optimise ROI & CPA
- Taking some time to recharge your batteries and encouraging others to do the same - you might grab a takeaway coffee and head out for a walking one on one with a team member or head to the gym on your lunchbreak.

**What** **about you?**

This role would be a perfect match for a passionate marketing professional with a rgenuine interest in health and wellbeing. You will have developed your career so far within high performing marketing and complex sales environments, ideally within the services or health industries. You’ll have a proven track record in implementing marketing programs, as well as the ability to conceptualise complex commercial variables.

You’ll need to be a pro at pivoting - this is a fast
- paced environment where priorities can change quickly, so you need to be comfortable adapting to and running with new approaches. An effective communicator, you’ll be comfortable working with people and can bring ideas to life clearly and succinctly.
