About the Position:

The Marketing Automation Specialist, part of the Loyalty & eCommerce Team, will lead efforts to develop and execute omnichannel automations and platform enhancements to enhance member retention and engagement within the Priceline Sister Club.

Responsibilities include supervising the execution of the campaign calendar in collaboration with the Loyalty team to drive sales. The role involves daily management of the Marketing Automation platform to identify new improvement opportunities, enhance existing features, and encourage the adoption of new features. Furthermore, the position will advocate for testing and analysis, providing insights and recommendations for A/B testing, personalization opportunities, and audience segmentation.

Qualifications:

3-5 years' experience in CRM & Marketing Automation, preferably in Retail or Health sectors Proficiency in using Marketing Automation platforms for omnichannel campaigns and automated journeys (Email, SMS & Web/Push notifications), such as Braze Strategic and tactical experience in developing and delivering automations, campaign enhancements, and platform upgrades Strong stakeholder management abilities and cross-functional collaboration skills for key initiative delivery Experience with A/B Testing, customer segmentation, and Personalization Commercial acumen for recommending improvements based on trends and insights Passion for enhancing customer engagement and delivering an unparalleled omnichannel experience Relevant tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, IT or related field (preferred)
