**About the Role**
As the Perks Private Wealth Client Service Officer, you will provide high-level administration and client relationship support to the Insurance Team, working closely with team members to ensure the delivery of exceptional client service.
**Responsibilities**
- Client liaison
- Manage the team inbox
- Liaise with insurance providers and fund managers
- Produce standard letters and correspondence
- Assist with workflow management
- Database maintenance
- Invoicing
- Conduct compliance checks, ensuring policy and procedures are adhered to
- Manage and maintain client data via XPlan, XPM and FYI
- General administrative support i.e. scanning, filing etc.
**Skills and Experience**
Some of the skills, experience and attributes that you would bring to the role are:
- Experience in an administration role (desirable)
- Ability to competently use Insurance Systems e.g. XPLAN, and various Insurance Platforms
- Prioritisation and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work without supervision and work collaboratively in a team environment
- Exceptional problem solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work within defined processes and procedures
- Strong attention to detail
- Competent MS Office skills
- Self-motivated and focused on achieving goals and objectives
- Completion of year 12 (essential)
- Completion of Administrative or Business certificate/diploma (advantageous)
