In your day to day, you will:
1. Source information and complete research on target prospects before outreach.

2. Contact target prospects, discover and uncover their business needs.

3. Manage incoming sales enquiries, qualify them, and advise them.

4. Manage and maintain accurate data in the Customer Relationship Management system.

5. Following up on deals and clients on behalf of the senior Business Development team.

6. Provide general organisational and administrative support for sales initiatives and your team, if and when required.

**About the role**

In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by acquiring new business opportunities, managing client relationships and expanding the company’s market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead generation and prospecting: research and identify potential clients, contacting the prospects and qualifying the leads
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain string relationships with new and existing clients.
- Sales Strategy and Planning: develop and implement strategies to expand the company’s client base, setting goals and targets and tracking progress toward achieving them
- Market Research and Analysis: conduct market research to identify trends, competitors and new business opportunities, gathering insights on customer needs, behaviours and preferences.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams: collaborate with the client services team plus other departments to align business and client developments and efforts
- Networking and Industry Engagement: attend industry events, conferences and networking functions to build relationships.
