**About the Role**

As the Early Carrers | Team Leader, Employment Pathways you’ll be responsible for delivering high-quality employment services, developing policies, and assisting with case management for redeployees. This role involves managing a small team to implement various employment programs, including graduate, student, and trainee intakes.

**Position Outcomes / Accountabilities**
- Lead the development and implementation of best practice policies for all employment programs.
- Manage the Employment Pathways team to deliver Graduate Programs and equivalents, ensuring support for participants and hiring managers.
- Optimize team resources by improving processes.
- Promote employment programs through various channels and stakeholders.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management and external providers.
- Oversee reporting requirements, including tracking program costs, retention statistics, feedback surveys, and learning opportunities.
- Prepare advice, briefings, and documentation.
- Participate in other projects and ad-hoc duties as needed.

**Key Selection Criteria**
- Excel in policy formulation, communication, and report writing.
- Cultivate strong internal and external relationships, providing strategic guidance.
- Be proficient in problem-solving, navigating complexity, and executing solutions efficiently.
- Exhibit initiative, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines and budgets.

- Commit to continuous improvement and lead a dynamic team to achieve exceptional results.

**Qualifications and Experience**

**Mandatory**
- Experience and knowledge in running P&C programs.
- Ability to work within applicable legislation, policy and guidelines.
- Proven experience in team management.
- Recruitment knowledge.

**Desirable**
- Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline.
