Join our Risk & Compliance Services team and have the opportunity to engage with Senior Leaders and Executives organisation wide.

You are a great communicator, able to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels and across all functions of the organisation. Your influence and enthusiasm ensures business units are engaged with the objectives of this critical business process.

You bring to this role prior experience in Business Continuity and risk management frameworks with a solid understanding of the Business Continuity Lifecycle, Business Impact Assessments, Business Continuity Planning and Business Continuity Testing. Along with knowledge of requirements under CPS 232, this, combined with qualifications in Business Continuity, will see you hit the ground running.

Your strengths are your methodical approach and high attention to detail and your excellent organisational and time management skills results in successful project delivery. Experience in the financial services industry is not a requirement: this is a great opportunity to learn about every part of Bendigo and Adelaide Bank.

Known internally as a **Business Continuity Management Specialist**, you’ll get to:

- Assist business units to implement, maintain and test business continuity plans focusing on critical business functions.
- Engage with business units across the Group to conduct Business Impact Analysis (BIA) workshops to identify critical business processes, timeframes and dependencies.
