**Your new role**

As the Business Services Manager, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing a team of dedicated professionals. Your responsibilities will include:
Client Partnership: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business needs, provide strategic advice, and assist them in achieving their financial objectives.

Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of accountants, ensuring high-quality service delivery and fostering professional growth.

Financial Reporting: Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and taxation matters for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Business Development: Identify growth opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to the firm’s expansion.

Process Improvement: Continuously enhance operational processes and drive efficiency within the business services division.

**What you'll need to succeed**

To excel in this role, you should possess:
Professional Qualifications: CA or CPA accreditation.

Experience: A proven track record in business services, within a chartered accounting environment.

Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire and guide a team, fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.

Client-Centric Approach: Strong client relationship management skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.

Technical Proficiency: Sound knowledge of financial reporting, taxation, and compliance requirements.
