We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Business Continuity Consultant to join our team. This role plays a key part in supporting the Business Continuity management lifecycle, which includes conducting business impact analysis, reviewing and updating Business Continuity plans, facilitating testing, and leading workshops. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with Senior Leaders and Business Units to enhance our Business Continuity management program, ensuring it meets both business and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the full lifecycle of Business Continuity management, including Business Impact Analysis workshops and Business Continuity Plan reviews.
  • Collaborate with business units to update Business Continuity Plans and facilitate testing for effectiveness.
  • Conduct workshops and educational programs to improve awareness and understanding of major incident management and Business Continuity Management.
  • Engage with Senior Leaders to ensure alignment of the Business Continuity Management Program with business and regulatory expectations.
  • Maintain and update information in our Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system.
  • Provide education and awareness to the business stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and prepared.

Additionally, we require:

  • Certified Business Continuity Institute (CBCI) certification.
  • Demonstrated experience in the full lifecycle of Business Continuity Management.
  • Strong grasp of Business Continuity Management processes, relevant principles, practices, and standards.
  • Ability to convey complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in Business Continuity Plans and GRC system updates.
  • Collaborative mindset with a dedication to working closely with diverse teams.
