**The role and what we're looking for**
As a Sales Delivery Representative, you will be instrumental in contributing to Capricorn's growth objectives by promoting awareness of our suppliers, products, and services with the ultimate goal of increased share of wallet.
This is a part time opportunity, for 22.5 hours per week.
Key responsibilities of the role include:
**Sales Delivery**
- Conduct outbound sales call cycle and campaign calls
- Demonstrate sales skills by identifying opportunities for additional products and services and supplier leads to increase Member satisfaction
- Provide prospective and current Members and Suppliers with detailed information about Capricorn products and services
- Intermediate skill in the use of Microsoft Office Software Suite.
- Exposure to basic accounting principles (desirable).
- Excellent communication skills and creative problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated sales skills in a call centre environment.
- Ability to multi-task updating systems whilst conversing over the phone.
**Experience**
- 2 years' experience within a Sales and Service oriented role.
- Previous experience using CRM systems.
- Previous experience in an outbound sales role highly desirable.
