We are seeking a dynamic, highly skilled, and experienced Paid Social Specialist to join our fast-growing team.
As a Paid Social Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with some of Australia's most iconic brands across various industries, including retail, automotive, and financial services. Your role will involve executing and optimising paid social media campaigns to deliver strong business results and achieve marketing objectives.
Supporting you is a dedicated, hard-working and equipped team of digital experts and social gurus, and an excited, hands-on executive team.

**Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement paid social media strategies: Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business goals and marketing objectives. Leverage your strong analytical and strategic experience to develop effective paid social media strategies that align with clients' brand positioning and target audiences.
Campaign management and optimisation: Set up, launch, and manage paid social media campaigns across various platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximise ROI, reach, engagement, and conversions.
Data analysis and reporting: Utilise your analytical skills to track, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to enhance campaign performance and achieve desired outcomes.
Audience targeting and segmentation: Conduct thorough research to identify and understand target audiences for each brand. Utilise advanced targeting and segmentation techniques to optimise ad placements, creative messaging, and audience reach.
Collaborate with creative and content teams: Work closely with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad creatives and copy that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement. Provide guidance on best practices for paid social media campaigns.
Experience and qualifications:
3+ years experience in paid social media advertising/performance media
Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and social media analytics platforms. Bonus points if you know Google search.
Deep understanding of social media platforms and how they work, including Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest,Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube, for advertising purposes.
Familiarity with ad management tools and platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Ads API, and third-party ad management platforms.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills - happy to prove performance in front of a client
- Salary range: $70,000-72,000 excluding superannuation_
Pay: $70,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
