**About The Team**

This role sits within our Information Management Team (IMT) which works to contribute to the achievement of Council's vision and corporate goals by supporting the development and implementation of key IT strategies, policies and procedures for all IT systems. The Information Management team are one area of the overall IMT team and are responsible for Records management, archives, website development, and Geographical Information Systems.

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who has had practical experience in development and maintenance of digital information systems. To be successful in this role you will need to have working experience in digital information systems founded on user centered design and digital first framework. We are looking for someone with experience in website development and creation of associated workflows while managing contractors with regard to maintenance and changes of such digital platforms. You will have a strong customer focus and be skilled in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues. You must be motivated to deliver professional service to our staff through education and quality assurance.

Essential
- Tertiary qualifications or appropriate experience in website development and maintenance including the use of content management tools and managing web security across multiple platforms
- Proven experience in website development and maintenance, and administering Content Management Systems
- Experience in effectively managing web security across multiple platforms.
- A high level of interpersonal skills that enables an interface with development and support areas to achieve the best solutions for Council requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high level written and verbal communication and influencing skills.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver high level written communication.
- Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service and continuous improvement.
- Programming experience in HTML,.NET, and ASP web scripting languages.
- Experience as a technical lead in a user group to drive effective engagement and uptake.

- Salary from $72,980.48 - $84,559.01 per annum plus 10.5% superannuation
