**About Us**

Georges River Council owns and operates six Early Learning Services across our LGA located at Beverley Hills, Carss Park, Kogarah, Penshurst, South Hurstville and a new purpose built service in Oatley West. Council’s Early Learning Services educate and care for approximately 400 children with enrolments continuing to grow. We have a team who have been recognised for excellence in Environmental Programming and we are proud of our Reconciliation Action Plan which is developed in consultation with Aboriginal staff and community members.

Our educators take pride in their Early Childhood Education profession. We adhere to the guidelines, practices and regulations surrounding the National Quality Standards (NQS) and regularly review Self-Assessment Tool. Our services strive for excellence with two of our services receiving an overall exceeding rating by ACECQA. Our staff appreciate that we are a culturally diverse, united, supportive and social team. **About the Opportunity**
- Permanent, Part time - 56 hours per fortnight
- Part time salary from $50,397.74 - $58,389.94 per annum plus 10.5% superannuation

This is an opportunity for someone who is highly organised and has the ability to build strong working relationships through effective communication and discretion in handling confidential information. This role requires someone who has a keen eye for detail, is reliable and has the ability to prioritise to deliver assigned tasks on time.

**Knowledge, Skills and Qualifications**
- Tertiary qualifications in office or business management, administration, financial accounting, invoicing systems or Information technology.
- Current Working with Children Check
- Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a team and promote a professional, positive and supportive work culture.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritise work and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail
- Well-established problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge of standard office administration protocols and procedures.
- Excellent computer literacy skills and demonstrated ability to use a range of computer software including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Demonstrated ability to operate and maintain computer databases.
- Demonstrated ability and experience in a range of financial duties including fee payments and receipting, reconciliations, payments of accounts, including operation of electronic banking systems.
- Commitment to ongoing training, and implementation of principles of EEO, WHS, Code of Conduct.
