The Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for driving digital engagement across ICC Group venues and properties. Employing creative thinking skills and strategies will be a focus to drive ICC Group’s digital narrative, enhance brand awareness, improve digital communication with members and guests, and encourage business growth through effective multi-channel digital campaigns. Working closely with the marketing team the digital marketing coordinator will research, plan and execute campaigns. Key responsibilities include management of digital touch points including social platforms and channels, websites, EDM, SMS and apps.

**We are looking for someone who will be responsible for**:

- Management and coordination of content creation and publishing to all social media platforms, SMS, EDMs and apps
- Collaborate with wider marketing and operational teams to create high quality marketing content supporting group marketing initiatives, promotions and projects
- Responsibility for SEO, SEM, Google My Business and other digital marketing accounts and platforms
- Photography and video content creation and liaison with graphic design and marketing agencies
- Contribute with creativity and flair to ideas for promotions and events and assist with development, planning and execution
- Daily community management and monitoring of multiple social media accounts across ICC Group venues
- Providing personalised and engaging experiences for members and guests through digital touchpoints
- Create and manage advertising campaigns across social platforms
- Track, report, and analyse social analytics and advertising campaigns
- Generate ongoing monthly reporting, performance analyses and insights
- Assist with preparing and proofreading marketing copy and promotional schedules as required to support the team
- Ensure efficient and accurate internal and external communications from the Marketing Department
- Assist with the development and implementation of the annual marketing plan and budget including reporting and research Work unsupervised and ensure all tasks are completed on time
- Relevant qualifications in digital marketing or related field
- 2-5 years’ experience working in digital marketing either in a hospitality, corporate or agency environment
- Experience with video creation and basic video editing for social media
- Experience with paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn
- Previous exposure to community management (social media management platforms inboxes, chat, etc)
- Previous experience developing social media and digital marketing performance reports
- Previous experience in the hospitality industry
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook essential
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects to deadline
