Our NSW Land and Housing Corporation (LAHC) team is currently seeking to appoint a **Tenancy Services Manager** within the Housing Services Division to lead a team of Tenancy specialists to ensure efficient and effective customer, property leasing and management services partners and advisors for teachers and police officers in rural NSW.

In this role you will be managing a team of up to 8, that are responsible for front line customer service delivery and administrative responsibilities in relation to residential tenancy management.

**About You**

Client service is paramount in our day-to-day efforts, and you will work closely with your team to ensure they are effectively dealing with customer complaints and enquiries. You will have proven capability in leading a team within a similar environment.

Ideally, we are seeking someone with a customer delivery experience including an understanding of residential tenancy management and NCAT hearings.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated and highly regarded team together with significant opportunity to be a key contributor in supporting the Land and Housing Corporation in the delivery of outcomes for the people of NSW. **Essential Requirements**
- Ability to travel to rural locations, which may include overnight stays.
- Current NSW Drivers Licence
