As the Sales & Pursuit Coordinator, you will help develop, manage and maintain tools and processes to support the retention and growth plans for Strategic Market & Enterprise Accounts. The key focus of your role will be to support Account Management teams to deliver proactive engagements, RFI/RFP (including assessment questions & activities) and presentations.

Some of the awesome things you’ll be involved with:
- Effectively and efficiently producing and managing RFP/RFI following Iress’ processes and frameworks- Obtaining feedback and enabling continuous learning and improvement of processes and frameworks- Guiding teams on achieving the best outcome for RFP/RFI’s-
- Collaborating with other commercial teams and communications and marketing to maintaining tools, artifacts and libraries to support pursuit process- Continually developing an understanding of service offerings across Iress- Using the firm’s CRM system and pursuit and account management frameworks for tracking and reporting purposes, and to capture relevant information to develop approaches and strategies

What you will bring:
- At least 4 years experience with fundamentals of project management or project-based work with a background within legal, professional service or consulting environment- Understanding of sales fundamentals and high-level familiarity with concepts such as pipeline management, win probability, competitive positioning, client relationship strategy & financial modeling- Positive attitude, evidence of teamwork & willingness to learn- Ability to work under pressure and meet competing deadlines- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
