Penrith Head to Health, a flagship initiative funded by Nepean Blue Mountains Primary Health Network, is seeking a dynamic and compassionate
**Operations Manager** to lead a dedicated team. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to mental health support in a trauma-informed and recovery-oriented environment.

**About the Service**:
Penrith HTH is a vital front door for individuals over 18 seeking mental health support. The centre, guided by Trauma Informed Care and Recovery Oriented practices, offers a range of services including Social and Emotional Wellbeing Support, Therapeutic and Psychosocial Support, and Peer Support. Providing short to medium-term targeted care, assessments, psychoeducation, and support for those in crisis.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Leadership**: Foster a culture of Dignity, Respect, and Inclusion. Lead a multidisciplinary team in delivering exceptional services.
- **Clinical Oversight**: Provide holistic care, addressing social, physical, and emotional needs. Ensure services align with Collaborative Relational Practice and evidence-based care.
- **Strategic Partnerships**: Initiate and coordinate strategic partnerships within the community to improve health outcomes. Identify and address service gaps through collaboration with stakeholders.
- **Operational Management**: Provide operational management and clinical leadership. Ensure services are accessible, meeting specific targets for cultural diversity and inclusivity.
- **Data Collection and Evaluation**: Participate in the collection of service data for continuous improvement. Utilise data for learning, strategic planning, and decision-making.
- **Records Management**: Ensure compliance with records management obligations. Foster a culture of learning and evaluation.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
**Essential**:

- Formal tertiary qualification in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Nursing, or Social Work.
- Current annual practising registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency or Australian Association of Social Workers.
- Cross-cultural experience, especially with First Nations people and minority groups.
- Experience in a recovery-oriented service.
- Excellent communication and computer literacy skills.
- Highly organised and efficient in completing tasks.
- Working with Children's Clearance, Police Check and a valid Australian Driver's license.

**Desirable**:

- Postgraduate qualifications in Mental Health.
- Accreditation or Credentialing in Mental Health.
- Experience managing Lived Experience workforce.
