**Seeking a friendly and professional receptionist to help with the smooth running of day-to-day operations of this family owned and operated clinic in Glenelg (SA).**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage inbound enquires to the practice
- Allocate patients to mental health practitioners who offer therapy for anxiety disorders, depression, stress, mood disorders, chronic pain and many more conditions
- Meet and greet patients on the front desk
- Schedule appointments and prepare patients for their appointment
- Manage patient billing and receipting
- Scan and file patient correspondence, results and other documents
- Liaise with allied services and other health care providers

**Skills and Experience Requirements**:

- 2+ years receptionist experience
- Highly competent with computer systems (ZedMed preferred, but not essential)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Attention to detail
- Great organisation skills with an ability to prioritise
- Excellent customer service skills

- The clinic provides focused therapy to address client’s concerns through encouraging people to analyse their own problems using established principles of psychology, and to find techniques to manage their own difficulties. Their experienced team of Psychologists have a proven track record of achieving results with a wide range of presenting issues. Offering therapy for anxiety disorders, depression, stress, mood disorders, chronic pain and many more conditions along with the treatment for diagnosed conditions we provide individualized Early Intervention psychology to head off problems before they take hold. Understanding that their clients need to be informed and updated about their health is pivotal to the clinic. There are currently 3 existing administration staff._
